RETURN POLICY

Dear Us is a one-woman operation handling both inventory and sales. With prices already so low, we ask that you understand that the scale of such a small enterprise cannot accommodate the same policies as a larger retailer. 

Please be sure to read the item description and view our size chart, as all items come just as described and pictured. Most of our products, including our PU cuts, have great stretch (to accommodate all your beautiful curves). We check all products on a mannequin before shipping out. 

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

 Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned must be in the original packaging with all parts included.

Dear Us diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive return.

Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

For all other items that are not damaged, our policy lasts 14 days for store credit for all items you want to return. 

 

Restocking fees

With the exception of mis-shipped goods, damaged goods or lost packages, all returns are subject to a restocking fee of $6.95 per order. 

  

CANCELLATION

If an order cancellation is necessary, a request must be approved before any order can be cancelled. 

Please note we do not accept cancellations after your order has been shipped.
